Mission Viejo,Ca. When the refrigerator on my brand new motorhome didn't work after bringing it home. I found this company on the internet, which is about 5 miles from my home. Howard tried to walk me thru a potential fix on the phone to save me a service call (who does that in this day and age). He was at my home within 30 minutes, fixed my issue and then took the time to explain all the systems and how they worked. Who takes the time to do that these days? We're visiting from Canada and our furnace stopped heating and our shower flooded. Howard came out right away and had both problems fixed fast. he even had the required furnace part on his truck! Very promt and efficient service!

My water heater was leaking badly and the Rv doctor came straight out and fixed it fast. The other company that i had called never even returned my call. I'm using the rv doctor from now on. He is great!!!

Noteworthy: add to Kirk and Hiram's experience. The RV Doctor took our call around 11:30, yep, during lunch time and not only arrived within the hour on a Saturday, was the only person we called that was available on a Saturday. My elderly parents arrived for Christmas from theiir high desert paradise to visit family and great gradsons for Christmas. Once set-up for their stay rain came falling down relentlessly for two days causing the home's outside ground fault eletrical to go bad. Without electric they moved onto propane mode for a while. The propane went down today, a day set-up for shopping and birthday celebration. One call, no hesitation, friendly, prompt service provided by Mr. Howard Chadwick himself. In addition, a minor issue with rust, with poor eye sight this was not apparent as a large portion of rust had fallen down obstucting a good visual review. Not that I would have noticed anyway, but Howard did not know this. Howard in his good nature provide a quick estimate of the problem, spent time instructing us on how to prevent further issues with rust and removed all rust with additional tapping of the vent tube without any issues or additional expense. The whole experience was great. Nice to know the good guy with the cape still roams the county. Thank you Howard and those willing to let you roam on the weekend. Kirk

Our 2011 Norcold re-frig went out 2 days before Turkey day. I had called Norcold and they told me a "recall kit" was probably needed. I called several places and they either were not Norcold "certified", or did not do "recall kits". The RV Doctor came through! If needed again, I will call Howard!!

Finally! This is just what I was looking for.

Apparently this is what the esteemed Willis was takiln' 'bout.

I was staying in Whittier in my older motorhome and the toilet started leaking and the water kept coming in the bowl. I called Mike Thompson RV and they referred me to the RV Doctor. I was really happy that he answered the phone and came right over. He had the toilet out in no time and he fixed both problems pronto. The bill was a lot less than I expected so I even gave him a $20 tip. It's nice to know that there are still some people who know what they are doing.

While we were staying in Huntington Beach, a large portion of our wall plugs went dead. Howard quickly figured out that our Xantrex Inverter/Charger wasn't sending the electricity to our wall plugs. But instead of telling us we needed a new Inverter/Charger (about $2000) he removed the bad unit and arranged to have the unit repaired locally. The local repair shop fixed it for $300. Howard saved us $1700 and rescued our vacation! The Doctor is in the house!!

I was at the Paradise By The Sea RV park in Oceanside when my Xantrex Inverter/charger died. These are expensive units and I didn’t have insurance. The park recommended Howard Chadwick (The RV Doctor) and he saved the day. He knew of a Xantrex authorized repair center in San Diego. He removed the bad unit and I took it to the repair center. They fixed it in 2 hours and Howard put it back in. Howard saved me hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate that.

We stayed at the East Shore RV Park in San Dimas. They heartily recommended Chadwick – RV Doctor, and now I know why. He showed up on time and had all the parts he needed in his van. Impressive. He even spent time giving us tips and explaining how things worked. We learned more in 1 day than we’d learned in the last 2 years. I wish our orientation walk-through at the dealer had been so informative.

I boon dock a lot in my RV and I needed a mobile repair guy when my Shurflo water pump started leaking. I called The Doctor and he came fast! Not only did he show up with a new pump, he also found another water leak I didn’t even know about. He even took care of the paperwork with my warranty company. All I paid was my deductible!

We had a fire in our circuit breaker box and we called the RV Doctor. He arrived exactly on schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he didn’t have another circuit breaker box on his truck, he immediately picked up one at his supplier and returned to complete the job. Very professional. We’ll use him next time.

We’d just gotten here from Arizona and discovered our ceiling lights were going dim. Howard showed up fast and quickly figured out the problem. Our 60 amp Power Converter had died and it were 6 pm on a Saturday! I was amazed when Howard told us he had a replacement unit on the truck. He got our lights back on in no time. What a life saver!
